Finchoice not being informative when account handed over for collection and using various agencies with misinformation provided

I made a payment arrangement with one of the companies debt collectors named VVM and have been keeping to my payment arrangement . I have now been contacted by a completely different company for exactly the same account. I would like Finchoice to contact me and advise who the exact company is that they use because handing over the account to two different companies is completely *********.
