Finchoice Nightmare Services

I have been a client at finchoice for over a year never have I witnessed such a horrible unprofessional service, I settled my account mid-December and clearly asked them not to run a debit order against my account, knowing how *********** and rock stubborn their consultants are, I called the whole week to make sure this doesn’t happen because I have seen how *********** their consultants are, the debit order still went through, it’s been a second week now chasing for my refund, I am still dealing with *********** and stubborn idiotic consultants, who has no respect for customers, maybe it’s because I am black, hence the treatment, I will not recommend finchoice to anyone especially after this
