FINCHOICE NEVER UPDATED MY CREDIT PROFILE WITH EXPERIAN
Finchoice, my Experian credit profile is still showing restructured and settled loan number *** outstanding as at today. Since August 2019 when the loan was settled. This is pathetic customer service and Finchoice has negatively affected my credit score for over 16 months!!!! IMMEDIATELY inform Experian to update my credit profile and remove the overdue amount of R4684.00 for this loan from my credit profile!!!
