FinChoice Needs to Be Reported
FinChoice has shown a complete disregard for fair treatment of customers. Their practices are misleading, exploitative, and leave consumers feeling trapped instead of supported. The lack of transparency in their communication and the way they handle accounts raises serious red flags.
This company needs to be reported to the National Credit Regulator (NCR) and other consumer protection bodies for investigation. No business should be allowed to operate in a way that undermines consumer rights and financial wellbeing.
I urge fellow consumers to stand together and escalate complaints to the NCR and Ombudsman services so that FinChoice is held accountable.

11 Feb 2026, 11:03My application was cancelled, yet there is still a debit order mandate active on my account. This is unacceptable because I do not owe FinChoice anything, and keeping a debit order in place after cancelling an application feels misleading and unfair.
Customers should not have to worry about unauthorized deductions for accounts or loans that were never approved. I expect FinChoice to remove this debit order immediately and provide written confirmation that no deductions will be made. Transparency and accountability are essential, and right now FinChoice is failing to uphold them.
