Finchoice must explain

This company has sent dept collectors for me about a loan that i don't know about. They keep telling me that I awe them a loan and I ask them the proof of rge loan agreement that I made wuth them. The dept collectors say they don't have those details with them, and they keep calling me about the same issue, and the amount they say I awe this Finchoice keeps increasing. I need the following from finchoice : 1. The proof that i app**** for a loan from them and how i did so. 2. A financial statement.. 3. A call from them, explaining all that, not a call from dept collectors because they say they don't have such details, they are just collecting. Thank you.
