Finchoice ****ming people

I called this company yesterday regarding my account requested a supervisor no one was available they have interest on my account every week when you log on into the account the amount balance changes every day how is that even possible today I called again all supervisor are not available. We work hard for this money for one to do as they please every cents counts they have been doing this for a while now...and it came to a point where I started monitoring the account then I saw their crazy interests I have screenshot of this
