FinChoice & MBD Deducting Twice for the Same Loan

I am extremely frustrated with the way my FinChoice loan is being handled. I currently have a loan with FinChoice, which is already being deducted monthly from my bank account. However, I then noticed that MBD is also deducting money from my account for the same loan, resulting in double deductions for one debt. I am not under debt review, and at no point was I clearly informed or given consent for both FinChoice and MBD to deduct simultaneously. This has caused unnecessary financial strain and confusion. I have tried to understand how a loan can be deducted by the original lender and a collections company at the same time, but no proper explanation or resolution has been provided. This feels unfair, negligent, and unacceptable.
