Finchoice loan
Last year February 2020 I lost my ID and I reported it at Germiston police station,, I made a new ID card. Earlier this year 2021 I found out that someone took a loan using my ID at finchoice of around 14k I went there with an affidavit explaining that I have never took a loan there,, they told me they were going to do an investigation they will call once it done,, they never did so I called them around August 2021 they told me I had to pay the money coz it was taken on my name,, it has messed up my credit score I can't buy a car or a house it keeps stopping me.. I tried opening a case but the police told me I can't coz it their fault they should have verified first but now I don't know what to do coz I need it removed from my name.. They busy sending debt collectors to call me asking me for the money.

06 Dec 2021, 22:26I was told that an investigation was being conducted,, I got a call from one of the guys from finchoice,, he asked I send him documents to an email,, I did that,, it been two weeks now he never came back to me. I don't know what going on with Finchoice.
This is disappointing from a big company like that. This account they opened on my name is really messing with my credit, I need it removed from my name.

02 Feb 2022, 18:40Good day I still have a big problem with Finchoice. They haven't resolved the issue with me
I received a an email which said that the investigation was completed they have requested credit bereas to remove it from my credit report but still it has not been removed.
Every time I call them they keep sending me to different people,, I asked them to send me the resolve letter showing that it has been found that it was ***** but they failing to do that.
My life is completely on pause, I can't buy a house a car coz their thing keeps appearing under my name.
This really hurts guys.. Imagine if it was you.. I sent them all the documents they needed from me but still no help.
Somebody please help me please 💔💔
