Finchoice legal and bull**** service

I am currently experiencing a nightmare with Finchoice legal department,I was told my account was handed over to legal due to none payments, so I’ve been calling since yesterday to request for a settlement letter ,I kept being transferred to this legal department and the phone is never answered, I literally have no idea how to get through to them because the consultants does not seem to have a direct line ,this is frustrating as I would like to sort out my credit profile…i have never experienced such behaviour my whole life, I bet the founder is relaxed somewhere in an island not giving a damn about how poor their service is😩😡😡😡😭😭😭😭
