Finchoice is treating customers like a nobody

This is the second report I m writing after no luck from 1st complain. I was allocated some1 named rendal to deal with my complain. He called me once n said he ll let me knw when my query has been sorted. It's been three weeks n not once did he provide me feedback. I ve been calling non stop requesting assistance n no luck.
