Finchoice is *****ing my money

I have last laid a complain on how i have been ****** by Finchoice cell phone insurance regarding my claim for being tripple charged on cellphone insurance ever since 2014 but only had one cellphone and coudn't realize that i was charged for 3 cellphones ever since my last claim....on the 16\04\2018 i called Finchoice and spoke to Lungi Ngoyo at 16:39 and asked her if she can email me my statement since 2014 and she agreed and escalated to her supervisor i have been waiting till today and now i have discovered that they have cancelled my contract without informing me and haven't received any refunds from Finchoice.
