Finchoice is ruining my financial status

I have never in my life dealt with such *********** people, as I have been doing over the last 2 weeks. They are quick to harrass you when your a little behind on payment, however on the 12th of Ocotber I made a payment to close my loan account, and also paid a seperate amount for my Homechoice restructure account. Everyday since then I have been getting the same ***ing calls asking me why my account is still in arrears!!! I have emailed POP several times for both the finchoice account and the homechoice, no one ever responds to it, then this morning I spoke to a lady who told me that the amount I "claim" to have paid is not the same as to what is reflecting on there side??? HOW THE **** IS THIS POSSIBLE, I AM BEYOND ****ED OFF. She asked me to send a slip?????? I sent my EFT proof of payment, and apparently the amount showing on there side for homechoice is R600+-... I made a payment of R702, on the 12th oct, if this is not sorted today I am taking legal action, because I dont think Finchoice is competent enough to be a financial institution... They got my first payment (finchoice) loan also messed up and placed it on the homechoice account, and this also had to be reversed, so *** are you people doing!!! I HAVE SENT THROUGH ANOTHER EMAIL NOW WITH MY POP OF THE 12TH OCTOBER, GET **** RIGHT OR I AM TAKING THIS FURTHER.
