FinChoice is not a choice! Terrible service and feedback!

I app**** for a loan with Finchoice, twice. In both instances, they never came back to me on whether my application was declined or not. What I don't understand is that they are the ones who approached me to say that I've been pre-approved. After sending my supporting documents, they went silent. What I find scary is why would you say that I'm pre-approved and then ask for my supporting documents only to go silent. What are they doing with my documents? ***** cases start like this. Now I understand why all this bad reviews about them. It's complains left right and center. Just to show you how terrible this lender is. If it's loans not paid to customers after being approved, it's incorrect debit orders. Exactly what is happening at Finchoice and what are you doing with all my information?
