FINCHOICE IS DISGUSTING

Good Day

I have 2 loans with this company and have been paying my account diligently without arrears from Day 1.On 10 Jan I emailed them that I had a serious issue and please do not debit my account as I have been in and out of hospital and not at work so whatever last salary I would get would go for any treatment or meds.I have been diagnosed with stage 04 advanced stage stomavhe cancer untreatable with max 6 months to live.Upon each loan u are advised it's insured.I even sent proof from doctor asking my company for disability for me asap as I cannot return to work.There turn around time is 48 hours.They never ever rep**** to me but without any remorse debited my account thereby putting me in so much stress as I am cashless now for meds or treatment. THIS IS SO DISGUSTING THAT MY LIFE MEANS NTG AND THEY DIDNT EVEN REPLY TO ME BUT JUST IGNORED AND DEBITED.I EMAILED AGAIN TODAY BUT AM FLABAGASTED AT HOW COLD FINCHOICE IS ESPECIALLY IN MY CASE. NEVER EVER TAKE A LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY.MY NEXT LETTER IS TO THE OMBUDSMAN AND SOCIAL MEDIA IF THEY DO NOT RESPOND IN 24HRS. TX FOR LISTENIN
