Finchoice is a joke honestly
If theirs a company that doesn’t care about its customers then that is definitely Finchoice
I app**** Sunday , application has been pending , been sending emails no feed back
It day 3 today of no feedback been calling from Monday they keep on telling me they can’t escalate directly to the verification department
Team leaders keep on promising to call me from Monday no one has called
Today I was promised to be called by Sabelo Zuma who is a team leader still no call no email
