Finchoice interest rates are mafia-level ****ation

Took a loan and before even the first installment - I decided to pay it back as I didn't need the loan anymore. Finchoice charged me R2000 for settlement interest.

I've taken loans elsewhere before. When you settle, you get charged the capital outstanding amount (i.e. actual money you took) minus the interest as it would've not accumulated yet. Every financial services calculates settlements like this. I will have to follow this up with legal advise.
