Finchoice *********** & Don't Update Credit Record!!!!

You only get an initial reply from Finchoice once you submit a complaint here, and then silence

In August 2019 I requested a restructure of a Finchoice loan.

Since August 2019 Finchoice couldn't bother to update this with the various Credit companies. And because of this default, for 16 months debt for this loan has been showing at various credit companies. Although this loan was restructured and was settled 6 months ago.

It had to take myself contacting the Credit companies and to get my credit record updated.

For 16 months my credit rating has been incorrectly negatively affected by Finchoice incompetence.

They are quick to sell you and lock you a loan agreement, but once you are a client, you will have years of issues and problems.

Finchoice, I am still waiting for your company to respond to Compuscan and get the restructured loan of August 2019 removed as a default!!!!!!!!!!!!
