Finchoice IDIOTS.

I settled my account with Finchoice on 17 Dec 2019. They handed me over to VVM Debt Collecters, VVM sent me a message on 16 Dec 2019 giving me a settlement discount, where as I phoned them and accepted the offer. I paid this account up, but up.to today, i still receive phone calls from Finchoice threathening me with legal action although I do not owe them a cent. They phone me like 3 times a day. I spoke to a Finchoice consultant and he adbised me its my responsibility to get VVM to pay the monies to them Spoke to VVM and they said it was paid over, once they have sorted this matter out with Finchoice, they will forward a paid up letter. This has been weeks ago, and still they say I am responsible for the settlement discount amount. I am fed up. Who can actually sort this out because the idiots working there has no clue what they are doing. I will not settle the discount amount because it was paid in the 48hr period given by VVM. I have been declined a cell phone contract because of these idiots. Can someone with a little piece, even if its just a peanut size of brain help me get this sorted
