FINCHOICE HANDED OVER MY ACCOUNT TO EXTERNAL COMPANY DESPITE ME MAKING PAYMENTS!!!!!

Finchoice’s business structure makes no sense at all! I had been handed over to a company called NRB Risk Solutions despite me having made an arrangement to pay the full amount end of May which makes ZERO sense!!! Just for context, I owed an amount of R2400 since December. And mentioned that I could not keep up payment R2400 from December to February because I was unemployed. In February, I got a job but only received my first salary payment from March (which is a when I started making payments). However, Finchoice decided to hand my account over and expect me to pay external additional fees???? How does that make sense when I promised to pay end of May ? Also as I am writing this, I have been waiting to be transferred to the relevant department for 20 minutes+. Change your policies PLEASE FINCHOICE!!!
