Finchoice ***** Department
They gave somebody a loan on my name without contacting me, now they don't want to admit that they made a mistake,, it affecting my credit record really bad. When I call they they keep transferring me until I run out of airtime or they drop the call themselves 💔💔

03 Feb 2022, 18:53It always about you investigating and never really come back with feedback.. Guys this has been going since last July,,, still I don't get help... My life is on pause coz of your *********** workers who allowed someone to take a loan with my ID.. Now I have to suffer.. I can't buy a house for my kids coz of you.. You wasting my time.. I'm really tired of this... I didn't want to involve the law but I have no choice now.. I asked to be sent a letter stating that you completed the investigation and indeed it came out that it was ***** but you didn't and everytime I call you keep sending me to people who don't even answer the calls... This is really heartbreaking

05 Feb 2022, 00:42I do get that now can I please have a resolve letter because they still appear in my credit,, I tried buying a house they said, they can't help me coz these still reflect,, can I please get a letter to show the bank that these two accounts don't belong to me please
