FINCHOICE FLOPS

Disappointed first time client I am a first time applicant here and quite frankly really disappointed already. I submitted my application on the 12th and only did it with Finchoice because of the advertised "Fast processing times" I mailed my docs to their docs email address, i gave it the 24 hours and my status on the mobi app has not changed, I called in again and was told that there seems to be a delay and it will be escalated and I should get feedback in 15-30 mins (Yesterday) Everytime i log in now to see the progress, seems nothing has happened and the figures is changing dramatically

keeping in mind, have accepted their debi check already so I am scheduled to pay for something I do not have I have submitted all my documents and have not received feedback in promised time I looked at the reviews and see I am not the only one experiencing this.. so I am abit concerned, Please assist so I can change this negative review to a positive one.Im convinced this could be a **** as each time you enquire you get an automated response stating docs are being processed
