Finchoice endless debit orders
I have received the worst service from finchoice, took a loan with them in 2020 January and I settled the loan the same month and received a settlement letter but they still continue to debit me till this day because I disputed their debit in September 2020, which is impossible because fnb does not allow debit order reversal after such a long time. They say I can't escalate my query because a lady by the name of Megan is the one who resolved my query and there is no one above her.
