Finchoice doesn't update

My name is Lutendo Laka my I'd number is ********** 713081. I paid my finchoice account in full which was handed to DMC in February last Month it was listed as written off with credit bureau after it was listed as paid in full. I called all credit bureau and sent my settlement letter and it was updated except Experian the said I should call Finchoice legal and their phone is never available. Transunion and Compuscan updated and even sent me emails. Please Finchoice update my account with Experian.
