Finchoice does not care about their clients

I settled my account a few months ago but it still appears as an open account on the ITC reports, this has a negative impact on my credit score and Finchoice does not seem to care. All they know is to send me SMSs and calls for me to apply for a loan. Their customer inquiry page is useless and they always promise to sort this out when I bring this to their attention over the phone. Update the status of my account on the credit bureaus will you!!!!
