Finchoice did me wrong

Good day

My name is Fezeka Tafeni I have a 6 months loan at finchoice and a mobile money account, I have been paying those accounts until I wanted to setle both of them. I asked Finchoice to send me setlement letters then they send it on the 1 April while the setlement letter was valid till 1 may, I setle my accounts on the 2nd of April but Finchoice keep saying I own them some money that I don't even understand what that outstanding money is for, every day the amount of money changed Firstly they said I owe them ( R1620, the other day is R450, now they said it's R2000 every day I got email, call I am so stressed Finchoice did me wrong I even send me the paidup letters but still My name will be in a bad records through this company Finchoice

Please because according to my understanding when you asked for a settlement letters you want to pay the full amount of a loan including the areas and the valid date is so important.
I request a settlemen letters on 1 April 2026 the I settled my accounts on 2 April because the settlement letters were valid until 1May

Now your consultant said I own, there are missed payments because they try to deduct on the 5 April that's where m started to be confused 😕
