Finchoice denting my credit score
I settled loan that I owe on Finchoice in December 2019 but now in July 2020 when I check my credit score I found that I have adverse credit record.I phoned them and they promise to sort the matter but still to date nothing has changed.I do not have any active account with them but it reflecting two unpaid loans.one with balance of 7000 and other 3300.Please finchoice update my credit.
