FINCHOICE DELIBERATELY IGNORES OUR CONCERNS AND DISPUTES

I had some disputes with finchoice of which they were resolved, however I still see some account of their in my credit score and has got the balance of which I don't owe them. Today I asked them to please assist in checking the mobimoney account that I have even if it's a zero balance, I still need those paid up letters.

The only thing that they do, is sending me automated messages and when I don't respond they close the conversation. People no matter how desparate you are, stay away from finchoice that's the most rediculous financial institution.

And after seeing this review, they will call and try to help as if they do care. Mxm stupid people nxa!
