Finchoice - definitely not a smart choice

<p>I am currently under debt review and my previous debt counsellors did not include my 6 month term loan in the 17.2 notification / letter. Because of this I am chaning to a new counsellor, and Finchoice has been informed of this. NOW THE COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT IS HARASSING ME DAY AND NIGHT AND DOES NOT WANT TO LISTEN TO WHAT I HAVE TO SAY AND EXPLAIN.I DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY THIS ACCOUNT, EXCEPT VIA MY NEW DEBT COUNSELLORS so please make a note until next week and stop harassing me</p>
