Finchoice Debt Review Department - NO RESPONSE

<p>I work for a debt counselling company. </p> <p>We've been trying to get holfd of Finchoice debt review department since February 2017.</p> <p>If we phone, they tell us to send a mail. And then we never get e response.</p> <p> </p> <p>When we phone, we hold for 45minutes + , no answer. The pre-recording on phone says they will respond in 1 working day. But we NEVER get any response.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've tried to talk to a team leader or a manager, who is never available.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a VERY urgent matter.</p> <p> </p>
