Finchoice Debt review

Hi all I have been trying to get hold of finchoice for the longest time,due to unforseen circumstances I had to go under debt review however finchoice still debited my account,I tried calling and emailing no answer or feedback,I sent emails to the debt review department of finchoice I even tried calling no answer.I also contacted the debt review company and sent my bank statement of the debt that went off so I can get a refund I'm still waiting on feedback from finchoice.
