Finchoice Debit orders

I have had 2 loans with Finchoice for over a year. Due to circumstances beyond my control I have had to go under debt review. End of January 2025 the Debt Review company sent them a notice. I also sent them a copy of the form and a letter from my bank advising them I am under debt review.

They still have a debit order on the Finchoice app stating that my debit orders will come off on the 2nd March. I have phoned been waiting for 2 hours, I have emailed them but no luck. They send you a ticket number and then advise that it's been seen to and put to an end. Hello peter please help me out
