FINCHOICE DEBIT ORDER/HONORING FEE

I have arranges with fin choice for payments on to be deducted initially on my salary date TWENTY FIFTH of every month! First month they deducted properly second month I check my bank statement I have t 2 honoring fees because they decided they wanted to deduct in the 23rd no one told them I get paid then!! And that's not my contractual agreement with them I went back and forth with an agent via email telling me about tracking my account now I know how a debit order works TRACK 2 DAYS BEFORE AND 2DAYS AFTER THE ARRANGEMENT DATES .. this was clearly not the case they didn't track my account they DEDUCTED and found insufficient funds OBVIOUSLY!!!that month I ended up paying 2 honoring fees which amounted to almost an installment payment I could have made to them!!!! I then told the lady to then change my debit order date to the 27! Last month it went off fine ..did my debit order not go off early in the morning on 23rd (yesterday) ?!!!!! I know if ur debit order date is on a weekend or public holiday payment date changed to BEFORE OR AFTER .. But the 27th is on a Monday!!!

I would like to be advised how to get my honoring fees returned or I'm canceling every other payment for them and they can see where to get my money from!!!!! I AM LIVID!!!!!
