Finchoice continues to debut your account even after you stop your debit orders, be careful

Finchoice was not supposed to debit me as I am under debt review- but they still went ahead and debited me Further to this, they have blocked the debit orders so that FNB cannot reverse them , refund them or stop them. I am trying to get a hold of the finchoice debt review department but they do not seem to exist.
