Finchoice continues to debit the money ive already settled

Hallo ..i have a personal loan with finchoice they payed my homechoice restructured debts then on 27 july. I paid the settlement amount of 5591....bt they are still debiting the money each and evrymonth amount of R873 for the same account that i have paid in full ..when i call for refund im being send from pillar to post ..now they have put my name on debt collectors MBD which never called before they stat debting the amount of.R 873..this is very bad as no one want to assist me
