Finchoice confusion

Finchoice is in denial of paying for the money which was not meant for them. The money which was deposited into their account was more than I was owing them. I never skipped my monthly installment with them. I asked them to pay me back the rest of that money they received unexpected, in the first day they agreed, come the other day to find that they only paid the money which was over and they said I must forget about the other money. Finchoice opens doors for people you don't trust. The only confusion now is why am I getting punished for my honesty to finchoice.
