finchoice cant accept my reference cos I didnt use my ID number

<p>I took a quick advance loan with finchoice, in may 2016, then pay them back on the 21st of June 2016, using my Capitec app, so I have send them prove of payment which they gave me in the bank plus bank statement, but they listed me , plz help me .I have use my date of birth & names instead of ID number, for that mistake they cant accept my prove of payment, I took 1500 , then pay them back 1900.</p>
