Finchoice bad service
I have just experienced the worst service from a finchoice customer service agent. Called in to request for confirmation that I’ve closed my account, the lady who assisted me was rude and just wouldn’t assist I later asked that I talk to the manager since well we seemed not to be in agreement as to what she was saying. I asked that she give me a reference for my call and her name and she basically ignored my request and hang up the phone.
