Finchoice - BAD BAD SERVICE
Consultants keep on calling from number ***. The consultant from today 24/11/2023 was so rude and did not want to give me any chance to explain that my payment is going off on debit order and that I am not in arrears. She was arrogant. I ask 3 times is this call really recorded then please record that I am not in arrears. Previous consultants have called and checked and agreed that it is an error on their side and it will be corrected. Until today - NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM
