Finchoice are ******

I had a loan with Finchoice, last year in August I was retrenched and forwarded all the necessary documents for the life insurance claim which they acknowledged that they got, on the 27th of October Finchoice deducted money from my account, i called to enquire and was asked to forward the documents again which I did, was told that the query will be resolved within 2days, on the 15th December my account was again deducted I have made so many phone calls to Finchoice and sent emails without any feedback. Please people no matter how stranded you never use Finchoice they are a bunch of ******.
