Finchoice application and approval times beware

Hi all, just adding my review of Finchoice this far.

I app**** online yesterday 13 May 2024 for a loan and uploaded my documents. I've received many sms's during the application stage, one of which was to approve the Debichec, which I've did.

The website states that if documents are received before 3pm,it would be processed that same day. (I'm still waiting)

The status has been showing "processing" since then.

I have tried calling the contact number, however I've been holding on for over 10 mins, the 1st 2 times, the call was cut.

I've been emailing *** with no response.

I've come onto this platform as I've noticed that Finchoice replies to queries faster here than their own platform.

For now I'm giving a 3 star for ease of the application process. I will update this tomorrow, hopefully with a response from Finchoice on my application.
