Finchoice and Nrb risk solutions

Hi took a loan some time back and settled the complete amount they handed over the account and I was been told if I pay the 1150 they will remove my name out from the credit union and they will send me a paid up later I paid the account in 27 June still waiting for the paid up letter my name is still in the credit bureaus for non payment when I called the company who they handed the account to they told me today that I need to pay 53 more and I spoke to a lady from there who advise me she will speak to her manger and will call me to update me up to now no one has called me regarding this matter I know I paid the full amount what I was been told to pay the name of the company who they handed the account over to is Nrb risk solutions. Need this to to be fix asap
