Finchoice and G-Life Insurance Poor Service

Second time I claim with Finchoice for their funeral cover. First payout was 10 days after the funeral and the current one is still pending, claim was sent on the 2nd and I have to beg them for response and feedback on the status of my claim. They keep saying that G-Life Insurance is the one taking long to payout. The funeral is tomorrow and I do not have funds for my father's burial. They are so quick to collect debit orders and call when you are in arrears.
