Finchoice advertises but will not give you feedback

I was invited to apply for a loan. On the 22nd Dec I did the application and up till today. No response. You email - nothing You call - sit through 30 minutes to no answer. They have you accept a debicheck but you have no results and no funds. So disappointed. Why advertise but can't follow through??
