Finchoice a bunch of ***** and ******

So ****ed of right now as these people at finchoice are the worst ***** to ever deal with..a absolute disgrace for financial institution and their licence should be taken away..I was called by a lady from their collection dept in regards to my loan and was given a debt restructuring plan as due to lockdown and not working i was not able to pay my loan on time and that issue i spent weeks trying to tell them i am not working and not earning money due to lockdown and they kept insisting they want the payments and even went as far as to lie I told them I made a payment plan..well on Friday this lady calls me from collection dept and offers me the payment plan after so long at last and tells me the installment will go off from June only so I ask her many times please make sure nothing goes of this month she said over and over again it won't as I will be on the payment plan that shows from June only And today what do they do they debit my account for the initial amount that supposed to be restructured now leaving me with no money at all as I just got back to work this week and never get my full salary at all so I made sure I told her that no debit must go off this month and she kept lying and saying it won't.. Then to top it all off after every review I have put here they reply will contact me to sort out the issue but they never did..they are full of lies Absolute disgraceful company to.deal with..will be reporting them to the ombudsman as they need to be investigated and shut down
