FINCHOICE
THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY COULDNT ADD A PERSON TO MY FUNERAL POLICY PROPERLY AND WHEN DEATH CAME I WAS TOLD THIS PERSON WAS ONLY A BENEFICIARY. THEY DID NOT EVEN OFFER TO ASSIST IN ANYWAY FOR THE ERROR THEY MADE!!! NOW TODAY THE DEDUCT A PREMIUM OFF MY ACCOUNT AND IT IS NOT THE DEBIT ORDER DATE... I CONTACTED THEM AND DEMANDED THEM TO REVERSE THE AMOUNT BACK TO MY ACCOUNT AND I SENT MY BANK STATEMENT, BUT THE RUDE CONSULTANT TOLD ME SO MUCH NONSENSE. HORRIBLE *********** PEOPLE.
