Fin Choice Don't care about Black people's issues

This is the second time i'm complaining regarding Fin Choice on here.

I had credit with fin choice that was paid off in 2018 and it still appears on my credit profile as active debt this was paid of and it's making it hard for me to do other things...... will you please have this removed from my name it's been 2 years since my debt was paid what kind of a company does this your consultants don't even know how to deal with issues your legal department you always put me through never picks up their phones what is it that i need to do in order to have this sorted out the same day i called capitec regarding the same issue and all is sorted but when it come to fin choice nothing happens..

If people want to destroy their credit records then fin choice is the way to go youre guys service is horrible you are destroying people's lives but too quick to give credit which you can't administrate to close off accounts. i need the stuff removed from my credit record pleaseeee!!!!! it's benn 2 years already
