FIN CHOICE CHARGED MORE AFTER THEY HAVE CLOSED AND SENT PAID UP LETTERS. !!!

I have a paid up letter my account is was and is paid up in full only to discover Fin choice has added R1.92 to my CLOSED AND PAID UP account. After reading other bad reviews i thought i would check my profile with them, only to find that after the account was closed and i requested the paid up letter they have added this amount. This is not fair as i have emails where it clearly confirms my request to close the accounts and the closed and paid up letter confirms the account is now closed so why add this amount when i have clearly stated i do not want any more doings with the company???? please do not consider fin choice as a service provider they are not transparent and clearly do not keep to their word. !!
