FALSE UPDATES ON CREDIT SCORE THAT IS AFFECTED MY CREDIT SCORE

Finchoice has introduce a platform where they give u R5000 and use it to buy to certain shops and online and they will deduct their instalment monthly for 12 moths based on what you've used (working like a credit card). so i used it 4 times but when i check on my credit report i found out that i have 4 accounts with them under my credit score profile meaning every time when i buy they are closing the account that i have, tranfer the remaining funds and open the new account, even if i can go and buy a chocolate they will minus R20 and re-open new account with new balance (record it as loan) *so sad* and add it on credit credit brewers profile , which is false update i only signed one contract with them not 4 **** RESULTING ON ME HAVING MANY LOANS FOR THEM SHOWING UNDER MY PROFILE AND HAS CAUSE A HUGE MASS ON MY CREDIT PROFILE MY CREDIT SCORE IS FROM GOOD TO POOR , AND I WONT BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING **** but i have not utilised the full balance of R5000 they gave me and signed for under one account but when i open on their app on my phone under my profile it showing that i have one account, my balance , instalment and how much can i spend.

Kindly assist with this false updates and remove it from my credit profile.
