False outstanding balance
I am honestly tired of Finchoice. I settled my exi loan and they still debited my account. After a few days they refunded the amount that they debited. Now I'm being told that I am owing them after I have settled my balance and received a refund from them. I tried reasoning with them they do not respond to emails the last response I received was from Helen and it was not clear. I sent a follow up email and she couldn't give me a clear answer. I'm so tired of this company and their unprofessional consultants who call the whole day but keep quiet when you answer or continue speaking to someone else on the side. I have sent them all yhe proof that I settled the account but they are telling me that I'm still owing. I don't owe yall anything and I want nothing to with yall. Please get your things in order and leave me alone.

I do not owe yall anything please update that account and do the necessary adjustments. This back and forth is honestly so exhausting. Why would you make a deduction when the loan balance is already on R0.00. What is it that I'm still supposed to pay for when I've already settled the loan?
