I called in on monday the 02 March2015, I app**** and got approved for R4000 which I need to attend to my sick son in hosiptal meds, agents who I've spoken to aswel as stacy and laura advised that they have received my documents which is my 3 month bank statement which I faxed thru sametime I received the text, all advised me that the money will be in my account early the next morning or the aftn its the 6th already still no funds I've been calling them probly 8 times all they say its in back office and in process, why do they then say money will be in 24hours, if its not the case. I need the money urgently as my sick sons in hospital and needs the meds which I need to pay for.
